README.1ST
So....you like to draw and view Ansi's huh? Well, so do I, and this program
will help make the job more enjoyable.
Please be sure to read the documentation. Online Help is available in the
program, but manuals cover things in greater detail!
This program is distributed in the Authenticicated ZIP format.
PLEASE! Do not re-archive to another format. If you upload this to a BBS
please upload THIS original ZIP file. Thanks!!
Files Included:
README.1ST This File.
GAM.EXE The Great American Ansi Machine.
GAM.DOC The Program Documentation.
REGISTER.DOC Registration and Comments Forms.
GAM.HST History of GAM...yep, already has a history.
LOCK.COM Keyboard Utility.
LOCK.DOC Keyboard Utility Documentation.
*.ANS Some Ansi's to view.
TDRAW.BAT Used to call your Ansi Drawing Program.
LETTERS.BAT Used to call your Font Drawing Program.
WHATSUP.DOC Whats in store for GAM in the future.
AVEXTRA.TXT ZIP file authenticity message.
Place the EXE and BAT files in a directory that is included in your
AUTOEXEC.BAT files PATH statement. Or, you can create a dedicated
directory for the program files. When the batch files are called from GAM,
it first checks the current directory, then searches the path directories.
The supplied batch files are simply an instruction screen, to edit the
files and insert your commands.
DO NOT RENAME THEM! In order for GAM to execute your programs, the batch
files MUST be named TDRAW.BAT and LETTERS.BAT.
Thanks.... Now go have FUN!
